Notice is hereby given that the 73rd Annual General Meeting of Members of Castle Hill Country Club, will be held at the Castle Hill Country Club Clubhouse, 7 Spurway Drive, Norwest, on Monday 27^th November 2023, at 7:00pm.

• A copy of the Notice of AGM is available by clicking here.
• There will be an election for the three (3) Directors’  positions.  Voting will open Monday, 20^th November 2023 at 9:00am and close Monday, 27^th November 2023 at 9:00am. Information regarding the conduct of the election is available by clicking here.
• A copy of the 2023 Candidate Information is available by clicking here, or via the Club’s Notice Board.
• The Annual Report is available by clicking here.

Each of the above documents are also available to members through the members’ portal section of the CHCC website. Hard copies can be collected from Reception upon request.

Members wishing to ask questions or seek information relating to the Financial Statements are requested to notify the General Manager in writing by 5.00pm, Monday 13^th November 2023.

Only Members in the eligible categories of membership are able to vote for Director positions, or attend the Annual General Meeting.
