Castle Hill Country Club has a picturesque backdrop for a memorable birthday, wedding, engagement, anniversary, christmas party or any other special event.

We also cater for all sizes of professional occasions from small management meetings to large-scale corporate events.

Our function rooms on the first-floor feature floor to ceiling windows, providing an abundance of natural light overlooking our magnificent golf course with views of the Blue Mountains. It has a private terrace, private bar and a dance floor with space for 30 to 190 guests.

We also have facilities for business seminars, meetings, product launches, board meetings and team-building sessions in various spaces.
Castle Hill Country Club has a range of menu items from working lunches to canapes to three course meals. With a choice of beverage options we know each event is unique, so let us tailor a package to suit your needs and budget.

Castle Hill Country Club has ample parking for members and guests conveniently located 40 minutes from Sydney’s CBD with easy access to the M7 and M2 motorways.

Inspections are welcome by appointment so you can meet our experienced team and view our beautiful facilities. Please note:

  • The Club does not allow any external catering. All food and beverage must be purchased from the club, with the exception of celebration cakes (cakeage will apply).
  • 21st birthdays celebrations are only permitted to be held by Full Playing Members, their children or grandchildren. Security is required. The Club does not host 18th birthday celebrations.
