Jersey Day has been inspired by the story of 13 year old Nathan Gremmo, who was tragically lost in an accident in 2015. Nathan’s family chose to give the gift of life to others to honour the legacy of Nathan’s generous personality.

Each Jersey Day schools and workplaces across Australia allow students and employees to wear their favourite sporting jersey to encourage conversations with family and friends about the importance of becoming an organ and tissue donor. Jersey Day is fun and it is free – there is no requirement to raise funds.

CHCC would love to see you wearing your favourite Jersey, and inviting your golfing group to join you as well! FRIDAY September 1, 2023.

CHCC will be supporting Jersey day both FRIDAY 1st September and SATURDAY, 2nd September.
