Dear Members,

Notice is hereby given of a General Meeting of the Castle Hill Country Club, will be held at the Clubhouse, 7 Spurway Drive, Norwest, on Monday, 10^th July 2023, at 7:00pm.

A copy of the Notice of General Meeting and a General Meeting Explanatory Memorandum has been emailed to all eligible voting members or can be accessed via the links.

Members who have any questions concerning the Ordinary Resolution are requested to put their questions in writing to the General Manager by 5:00pm on Monday, 3^rd July 2023.

Only Members in the eligible categories of membership and who are financial members at 4:00pm Monday, 10^th July 2023 are able to attend and vote at the General Meeting.
