The CHCC Super Senior Pennant side kicked off their title defence  this week with an impressive 7 1/2 to 1/2 victory over Liverpool at Stonecutters on Monday. 

In a tense battle that saw 3 matches go all the way to the 18th, Gerry Power, Lindsay Verdon, Mark Foley, Ian Cochrane, Rob Pedersen, Trevor Amery and Des Harvey were all victorious on the day, and Bob White chipped in for an important and hard-fought half. 

The team’s next game is against Richmond at Liverpool next Tuesday starting 10.00am.
