Voting for your Board of Directors will be open from Monday 17th November at 9:00am and conclude 9.00am Monday 24th November. 

E-Voting 
Hosted by Vero Voting, e-voting uses electronic means to take care of casting and counting ballots. Vero’s e-voting technology is designed with security as a top priority, incorporating end-to-end encryption and anonymity features that ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all data and application services, is in compliance with Australian law.

To cast your vote, click the link you receive in your email and that will log you in. Once you log in via the two-stage verification process, you will be able to proceed to vote for the Vice President (1) and Director positions (3).The voting link is accessible on both desktop and mobile devices. The Club also has an accessible desktop computer for members to use to vote should they wish.

Results will be announced at the Annual General Meeting Monday, 24th November at 7:00pm.

Attending and Voting at the Annual General Meeting and in the election of the Board

The 75th Annual General Meeting of Members of Castle Hill Country Club, will be held at the Castle Hill Country Club Clubhouse, 7 Spurway Drive, Norwest, on Monday 24th November 2025, at 7:00pm.

Only Life members and financial members in the following categories of membership can attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting (including voting on the resolutions) and vote in the election of the Board:

• 7 Day Playing members
• 7 Day Intermediate Playing members
• 6 Day Playing members
• 6 Day Intermediate Playing members
• 5 Day W Playing members
• 5 Day Intermediate W Playing members
• 5 Day S Playing members
• 5 Day Intermediate S Playing members
• 7 Day Senior Playing members
• 6 Day Senior Playing members
• House members

Any employee of the Club who is in one of these categories is ineligible to vote.

Please ensure ALL members attending the AGM bring their members card with them to sign in. If you need a new card, please see reception prior to arriving for the AGM.
