We are delighted to share some fantastic news from within our Golf Operations team.
After 26 years of outstanding service to Castle Hill Country Club, Paul Fletcher has been promoted to the role of Golf Operations 2IC.
Paul is a name many of you know well. Renowned as our Repair Guru, a club-fitting legend, and an all-round great bloke, Paul’s knowledge of the Club is second to none. From the course and the Pro Shop to our members and the finer details that make Castle Hill Country Club so special, Paul truly knows this place like the back of his hand.
Just as importantly, Paul brings with him the leadership qualities, professionalism, and calm presence that make him perfectly suited to this role. He will take charge of Golf Operations when I am on leave or on my RDOs, and he will play a pivotal role within our Golf Operations management team moving forward.
This promotion is thoroughly deserved and reflects Paul’s long-standing commitment, loyalty, and passion for our Club.
