WEBEX Series Volunteers – February 2026

Volunteers for Webex @ CHCC – 5th – 8th February 2026
The appointment of CHCC Members as Volunteers to assist with the 2026 Webex Tournament has begun.
The current list of Volunteers and Volunteer positions is now on display on the Board in the Club Foyer. This list will be updated each week until all available positions have been filled.
Our priority, is for CHCC Members to be given preference and members of other Clubs will be used when we are unable to complete the roster with our members.
To volunteer please register using the link below and nominate your preferred volunteering position, days and times. Please be as specific as possible, as the details you provide will determine your placement. Further information can be found by contacting the nominated coordinators as listed below.
As a Volunteer, you will be provided with lunch on the days you attend the event, as well as a short training session (if required) for your role.
A Volunteer Information Evening will be held on Thursday, 29 January 2026. At this session, volunteers will receive their uniform (shirts and hats), have the opportunity to ask questions, and receive final instructions.

Volunteer Roles Available (Full descriptions are provided within the Rostify program and on the notice board)
A. Scoring
- Static Scorers – Positioned every third hole (AM & PM each day)
- Walking Scorers – Walking with the final eight groups on Saturday & Sunday to relay scores to HQ
- Main Scoreboard – AM & PM shifts each day
- Mobile Scoreboard – Saturday & Sunday afternoons only
B. On Course Assistants
- Starters (AM & PM daily)
- Walking Marshals (PM on Saturday & Sunday)
- Spotters on selected holes (AM & PM each day)
C. Event Services
- Wardrobe (1st Tee) – TV identification (Sat & Sun only)
- Bib return (Sat & Sun only)
- Camera crew drivers & 1 runner (Sat & Sun only)
- Pitching area management (AM & PM each day)
- Driving Range management (AM & PM each day)
- Leaf blowers on selected holes (6th & 10th, weather dependent)
- Car parking attendants (AM & PM, early starts required)
- On-course water service for players
- Rubbish bin service attendants (as required each day)
Working With Children Check
A Working With Children Check / Registration is required. A declaration will be provided and must be completed and returned to the Chief Volunteer or Volunteer HQ before your first shift. Forms will be available at the Volunteer Information Evening on Thursday 29th January 2026.
