Notice is hereby given that the 75th Annual General Meeting of Members of Castle Hill Country Club, will be held at the Castle Hill Country Club Clubhouse, 7 Spurway Drive, Norwest, on Monday 24^th November 2025, at 7:00pm.

• There will be an election for the Vice President position and three (3) Directors’ positions. Voting will open Monday, 17^th November 2025 at 9:00am and close Monday, 24^th November 2025 at 9:00am. Each of the above documents are also available to members through the members’ portal section of the CHCC website. Hard copies can be collected from Reception upon request.

Members wishing to ask questions or seek information relating to the Financial Statements are requested to notify the General Manager in writing by 5.00pm, Monday 10^th November 2025.

Only Members in the eligible categories of membership are able to vote for Director positions, or attend the Annual General Meeting.
