Dear Members,

As advised in the recent Member correspondence, CHCC have arranged for some tee times to be available for our members at other golf clubs during the week of the TPS Series, 5-11 February.

Please see a list of Club’s that have kindly offered tee times to CHCC Members. *

• Muirfield Golf Club
• Oatlands Golf Club
• Strathfield Golf Club
• Concord Golf Club
• Pymble Golf Club
• Pennant Hills Golf Club
• Lynwood Golf & Country Club

Please see below booking procedures;

• Time sheets for the full week will open 7pm Wednesday, 24th January and will close 7pm Saturday, 27th January.
• Members can only book themselves in once that week to ensure as many members as possible have an opportunity to play. This will be monitored through the week and any additional bookings will be removed. 

• Once the booking sheet closes 7pm Saturday 27th, if there are still time slots available, you can email Steve Gannon, Golf Operations Manager to request a second timeslot. Monday morning Steve will enter your name into the timesheet for you and confirm.

• Monday afternoon 29th January, any timeslots that have not been filled by CHCC members, will be released back to the assisting golf clubs and will no longer be available to CHCC.

Please note Lynwood Golf & Country Club have offered an abundance of tee times and therefore members can call Lynwood Pro Shop directly to book themselves in.

For all other clubs listed above, please follow the booking procedures and ensure you book yourself in swiftly to avoid disappointment.
