Course Update, Club Championships and Captain v President Day

Dear Members,
You would have seen the extensive excavation work that has occurred around the course pertaining to the path rectification.
From today, Friday, November 3rd, concreting will commence.
The first sections to be concreted will be the 3rd, 5th and 8th holes.
Commencing Monday November 6th, the remainder of the paths will be formed up and poured.
To achieve this , it will be necessary to close holes 16,17 and 18 from Monday to Friday.
During this time we will be playing 1A,1B,12A,12B,15A and 15C
The full course will be back in play for the 3rd round of the club championships.
Men’s Club Championship
A reminder that the top 16 players after round 2 from A, A Reserve, B and C grade will qualify for the 3rd round.
Should there be any ties for the 16th place then, as per the conditions of play published prior to the championship commencing, a sudden death play off will occur as soon as the last group has submitted their scores.
Captain v President Day – Saturday November 25th.

Once again, all players will be provided with 2 free drink vouchers and the very popular BBQ at the sprig bar will be in operation where you can obtain a free sausage sandwich.
