\n<\/strong>Volunteers for Webex @ CHCC \u2013 5th – 8th February 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

The appointment of CHCC Members as Volunteers to assist with\u00a0the 2026 Webex Tournament has begun.<\/p>\n

The current list of Volunteers and Volunteer positions\u00a0is now on display on the Board in the Club Foyer. This list will be updated each week until all available positions have been filled.<\/p>\n

Our priority, is for CHCC Members to be given preference and members of other Clubs will be used when we are unable to complete the roster with our members.<\/p>\n

To volunteer please register using the link below and nominate your preferred volunteering position, days and times. Please be as specific as possible, as the details you provide will determine your placement. Further information can be found by contacting the nominated coordinators as listed below.\u00a0<\/p>\n

As a Volunteer, you will be provided with lunch on the days you attend the event, as well as a short training session (if required) for your role.<\/p>\n

A Volunteer Information Evening will be held on Thursday, 29 January 2026.\u00a0\u00a0At this session, volunteers will receive their uniform (shirts and hats), have the opportunity to ask questions, and receive final instructions.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
